The Counter

The best seat in the house.

Fourteen seats around an open counter. No pass, no rush — just the chef, the fish, and you. This is how a handroll is meant to be eaten.

The Counter

Built before you. Eaten in seconds.

01

Take your seat

Counter stools face the chef. Come as you are — refined, never stiff.

02

Choose your path

An omakase progression, or order roll by roll. The counter guides you.

03

Watch it built

Rice, fish, nori — assembled in front of you, finished in a breath.

04

Eat immediately

Take it by hand and eat while the nori still crackles. That’s the whole point.

Seating

Counter omakase for the full experience, or tables for à la carte and groups.

The vibe

Smart-casual. Intimate, low-lit, unhurried — equally right for a date or a quiet solo dinner.

How long

Omakase runs 45 to 90 minutes depending on your set. À la carte, stay as long as the sake lasts.

Resident DJ, nightly

From 6pm every evening, a resident DJ sets the tempo — warm vinyl and low-slung rhythm. The counter hums, the room glows, the night unfolds.
